Your dealership remains the owner of all business information stored within DealerDesk, including vehicles, customers, sales, expenses, reports and uploaded documents.

DealerDesk does not claim ownership of your business data and does not sell dealership information to third parties.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect dealership information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. These measures may include encrypted passwords, secure connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular security improvements.

While we work to protect your information, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

DealerDesk does not sell your business or customer information.

We retain dealership information while your account remains active. Following account suspension or closure, information may be retained for a reasonable period to support account recovery, comply with legal obligations or maintain security records.

Unless required otherwise by law, suspended account data may be deleted after 90 days.
